Welcome to NestHarbor. By accessing or using our website, services, or payment plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and NestHarbor. We may update them from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use NestHarbor. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure. To reserve a property, you may be required to submit identification and eligibility information, such as your means of identification, job status, and income. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Listings & Accuracy

We work to ensure that every listing — including photos, floor plans, pricing, availability, and nearby amenities — is accurate and up to date. Listings are provided for information purposes and may change without notice. Prices are shown in the applicable local currency (USD or CAD). Promotional discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Inspections & Payments

Before a physical or virtual inspection, a small inspection fee may be required to confirm serious interest. This fee is credited toward your first payment if you proceed. Payment terms are as follows:

• Rentals — pay 40% upfront to reserve the property. The remaining 60% is due either 1 month or 3 months after you move in, at your choice.
• Purchases — pay just 20% down to reserve. The remaining balance may be spread over as long a period as possible.
• Rent-to-Own — terms combine a rental period with an option to purchase, as described on the individual listing.

Available payment methods are shown on the Payments page. All transactions are subject to verification and fraud-prevention checks.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel before move-in for a valid reason, your upfront payment is refundable minus a small processing fee. Inspection fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to defraud other users, submitting false information, scraping or copying our content, or interfering with the security and operation of the site.

7. Limitation of Liability

NestHarbor acts as a marketplace connecting renters, buyers, landlords, and sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestHarbor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
